what can i do to get enough video memory?
can i setup the newly buyed radeon graphic card in my dell inspiron n5050

No, I don't think the dell will support any graphics card to be installed. As far as I know only high end laptop lets us to upgrade or to install the graphics card. If you feel the laptop is not good enough consider buying a new one and sell your old, or stay with your laptop. There is some option of external graphics but I don't think you are going to like it.
