Hello,
I want to make a stable pc configuration for rendering. Nvidia QUADRO is expensive for me, so I've decided to get more than 1 video card.

I have two questions:
1. 2x gtx480 vs 3x gtx460 vs 2x 560 Ti
With motherboard ASUS with 4 SLI technology?
2. Is it better to use PCI slot for maximum power supply when use vga for rendering?

TY

1- get the x2 480, if you have extra money get x2 670 (the new kepler GPU got lot of CUDA cores comparing to 5xx and 4xx and it will help you with rendering) and post your PSU Watts
2- i dont understand the question :p

Ty, for the reply ryqril,

Now I'm thinking about Evga GTX 570. I've read, that Evga is really stable and the 570 is cooler than 480 and much more efficient.

My second question was about the how we connect the cards with motherboard.
I've read in some architecture forums, that it's better to connect the cards directly with the PCI for rendering with 3DsMax, than connect them with SLI?!

I'm making a new PC and this is the PSU I've decided for:850W, Corsair Enthusiast Series™ TX850 V2,

P.S. I'm living in Bulgaria (Eu), and I want to make an order from the US..., so is there any better place to buy than eBay?
