8GB is just as good for gaming...
mid towers are good too
you could get away with 600W easily

are you at all familiar with the internals of a computer?
it's not hard, but it can be a daunting thing if you don't know what goes where

youtube and google have many good articles on how to build a computer (newegg did a series actually)

i would go for 8GB, a mid tower, and a 600W psu to save money but yeah, those parts are good... though at this point it would probably be better to go for a i7 3770k, z77 mobo, and a GTX 680.. though i can't guarantee that will meet the same budget listed
