Help idle 30% both gpus gtx 690

had it afew days now, i install the drivers and all is well, then when i restart the system there is a chance that it triggers some event where i get stuck at 30% gpu core, this stops the gpus from down clocking into 2d mode.

I have no 3d apps running, and no virus.

if i reinstall the drivers it does fix it, but it just happens again at some point.....

i found out the cause, it was the logitec gaming applet for g510
