Parts Preferences: Don't have any preferences but would like quality and good price parts.

Seems nice. Have a look at Intel i3 if they're about the same price in your country.

I would suggest the lower end i5's like the i5-2400, since it's a pretty good CPU. If you want to overclock, stick with the Phenom.
