The Audio ports HDA pin assignments of motherboard and case does not..

the Audio ports HDA pin assignments of motherboard and case does not match. for example, pin#10 of the antec 300 case's audio port is Line2_JD and pin# 10 of the gigabyte z77x ud3h motherboard's audio plugin is GND.
However, they can match physically. For instance, the pins and the 1 empty space match.
If these really don't match can i just not plug them? it's just audio right?

here is the pin assignments. The assignments are totally the same for mine. except (6. FSENSE1 )is GND and (10. FSENSE2 ) is GND as well.
This guy has the same situation and same models i guess. so do they look matching?
