Rosewill RNX Easy N4 Problem

Hi guy's my Router came via UPS the other day i am in desperate needs of a router
I have notebooks, game consoles & my smartphone. I am having the hardest time
with this router, this is my first using a router on a Windows 7 64 bit system
I do believe everything is setup correct, but the only thing is it will not obtain
a new IP Address, i have restarted my system a bunch of times it won't renew
I have never had this problem before this is actually my fifth router, but my
first on Windows7 I have set up everything on the router so i know that's
not the case.

Please guys & gals any help will be dearly appreciated

According to a glimpse at this site, you could try this command:

IPCONFIG/RENEW

(Press the Windows + R and type cmd)
