The old Pentium 4's run hot and were slow. Considering they ran pretty hot at idle it doesn't surprise me that it's running at 65 degrees under 100 percent load.

Stop typing in capitals.

Its fine, prescotts were hot CPUs, they had trouble cooling them when they came out.

Anyway 65C is a good full load temp.
