first off call the manufacturers... also move some stuff inside out, i used to get some noice randomly with my card, I moved my headphone speaker jack and put it in before the mike.

also try diabling realtek audio...
to do this you will need to go into the bios and under advanced bios option(or somewhere sorry i don't know you bios) there should be an audio option either turn that off or turn that into auto.

DxDiag64bit
also have one in 32 bit, but running on 64 bit win 7.

in the sound 1 and 2 paqe there is :

Sound Tab 1: The file cmudaxp.sys is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer.

Sound Tab 2: The file cmudaxp.sys is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer.

when i plug in the head phones the volume is allmost gone ,
if i have the sound up to like 30 and plug in the head phones , i allmost cant hear anything.
that was why i first in this post asked where i could put in the dxdiag file.
