Need build input/budget advice

I need some advice. I am building a computer for the first time and I need some budget help. I have a friend who can give me the motherboard, processor, power supply, and OS for free. So I have $350, and I need a GPU, Case, Mouse, Keyboard, and a Monitor. I really have my heart set on the Lexa S case, Logitech G110 Keyboard, and R.A.T. 5 Mouse. I found a GTX 560 SE for $130 and I think it will be sufficient for my needs. But when i chose a monitor I can't keep it in budget. Any tips on what i can do to stay in budget?

What processor, mobo, and power supply is he giving you?I know the proseccor is an Intel Xeon, not sure what model but the speed is 3Ghz. I'm not sure on the Mobo or PSU yet, we're still working out the details but the parts are comping out of servers so i don't expect them to be geared for gaming.
