Smell from PSU

Had my pc for a few years and turnt it on to find a burning plastic smell coming from it.
Took the PSU apart and cleaned all the dust off if it but the buring smell still continues

if there were a burning smell coming out of my psu i would rma it because if a psu blows it normally takes other components with it or may even cause a fire
