Hello,

Looking to build a new rig, but I'm still unsure about which PSU to get. I will be overclocking the CPU and GPU sometime in the future and will not be using a second GPU.

System specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5 3570k
GPU - MSI R7950 Twin Frozr 3GD5/OC
MBO - MSI Z77A-GD55
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8GB
HDD - Samsung 1TB 7200 RPM
SDD - Samsung 830 256GB
OPT - LG GH24NS90 DVD±RW

I've been reading a lot of good things about the XFX Pro 550Watt. Will this provide enough power when overclocking both CPU and GPU or would the Antec HCG-620W be the better choice?

Thanks

most gurus will say the a good quallity 500 watt unit is enough. However I personally would go with a little more than you need for the fact the capacitor aging can come into play later on down the road. Can't hurt to go a little over to say a 600-650 watt psu, my 2 cents.
