Bios trouble please help!

So, today I bought a new Intel i5 3570 Ivy bridge and found out that the bios of my GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 motherboard is outdated.
I'm trying to do Q-Flash from the Bios menu but my keyboard doesn't work in the menu.
So far I've tried:
*Using a PS/2 keyboard
*Using a USB keyboard
*Using a switch/changer from PS/2 to USB
*Resetting the motherboard by removing the battery and returning it in

Please help.

Have you tried using the old CPU to do the BIOS update?

I assume the keyboard worked with the old CPU.
