My specs are intel core 2 cpu 6300@ 1.86ghz 1.86ghz 2gb of ram which i just upgraded to 4gb. I have an ATI x1300/x1550 and looking to upgrade my card at a cheap price to play diablo 3. Looking for some suggestions on a decent card. I'm not a hardcore pc gamer, I'm just looking to play this game. Im also looking to something that will run on my current psu which is 375.

Just buy the best used card on ebay you can afford. Something like the GeForce GT520.
I bought a GT240 a year ago brand new for $90.. Now they are cheap. But I wish I had bought a better used card.
I think you should upgrade your CPU. The 1.86 will be the bottleneck after you upgrade the video card. You can also pick those off ebay very cheap now.. Even a Quad core for about $80
