Forgot to add, if you are seeking a compatible motherboard make sure it can support 125 watt processors.

Here is a nice budget motherboard I am using with the exact same processor:

Edit: If you are looking for high end motherboard with a new chipset and newer features then the motherboard Blacknemesist posted is good for that. If limited then the one I posted is good enough.
