More about mobo compatibility
  1. No you need an AM3/AM3+ socket motherboard for that CPU

Take a look at this link:
    http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?cat=CPU&Model=A75M

Those are the only supported CPUs for the motherboard.

Forgot to add, if you are seeking a compatible motherboard make sure it can support 125 watt processors.

Here is a nice budget motherboard I am using with the exact same processor:

Edit: If you are looking for high end motherboard with a new chipset and newer features then the motherboard Blacknemesist posted is good for that. If limited then the one I posted is good enough.
  3. Sorry but no.Your CPU is AM3+ and the board doesnt support them. You can see for yourself on the "CPU socket type" it list on FM1.

    this one does however:

only a bit more expensive but better aswell.

Thank You!!! Do you use your build for gaming by any chance? That's what I'm hoping to do with mine.
  6. Yep I max out all games with my Phenom II X4 955 and HD 7770 under the resolution of 1600x900 with pretty much all eye candy set to high
