Yes they will but they really are not worth the money, what kind of gains are you expecting to see?
good air coolers often best the allinone liquidcoolers,
go for a Noctua Dh14, H212+ or similar,
if you go watercooling, do it properly or you will be disappointed

The cheap allinone coolers will yes, the H100 is the top end of them but I still wouldn't have one,
bear in mind your ambient temps play a large part in things as well, you can't get below ambient temps on air or water, well, you can with water but not easily or cheaply :)
if you have $250/£200 to spend then go for 'real' watercooling, anything less and you'll be better off sticking to air for now

The H-100 is "fisher price water cooling" not real water cooling the NH-D14 is just as good yet it's quieter and cheaper do yourself a favor don't buy H-100 it's garbage and a disgrace to real water cooling.

CPU Cooler:Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler $79.99

Theres a W/c sticky in the overclocking section, and if you post in there asking for loop advice we'll set you up,
A couple of things to remember to post,
Budget,
Ability/willingness to modify where needed,
And what you expect from the cooling, if your ambient temps are unreasonably high, even water can only do so much
