Need advice on graphic cards

Hello,

i need advice on wich graphi card to buy,
should i get and MSI geforce gts 450 1 gb gddr3:

(the sites are in dutch because i live in belgium, antwerpen)
the geforce gt 430 cost 98,35 without the removed money,
the msi geforce gts 450 cost 74,38,
while the gts 450 has better performance on youtube,
but the gt 430 cost more without the added money?,
is there an reason or is it just because of the shop?,
on a site i readed that the gts 450 cost 60 dollar more then the gt 430,
the price on the site is in €,
is it just a very good deal or is it because of graphical reasons?

Yeah i will use it for gaming but i actually just want to play games with an high fps because my nvidia 9200 integrated gives me around 10 fps when playing mafia 2 or gta iv,
whenplaying gta iv without tweaks it gives me around 5 fps,
call of duty runs witho about 35 fps on that card, but i also want some graphics.

those wont play at very high fram rates, bare min for modern gaming is a radeon 6850 or a 550 ti if you go lower you will have to lower resolution and disable aa but if you had to choose between them follow rockdpm's advice.
