Looking for a great budget rig

Hi i am new to building and i am looking for a great budget rig that can run the games i play WoW and SWTOR on high-max settings well, and run bf3 on low to medium settings well my budget is around 600- 750$ i already have a mouse keyboard monitor and speakers. If someone could just give me some direction that would be great, i also dont have much of a preference when it comes to the hardware.

no microsoft will as it a beta software...it will expire if you dont mind formating your hard drive in a few months and installing windows 7 or the full version of 8.
