GTX 660Ti, Dell Xps 8300

Hi. I have a Dell XPS 8300 desktop and I am planning to upgrade my current graphic card from a GT620 to a GTX 660Ti. But I don't know if there will be any problems, conflicts, or issues if i do so. This is my desktop specs:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120330-1504)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 4096MB

Will the GTX 660 Ti even fit into the case?

Really appreciate if you can help. Thanks

I did not find any upgrade issues other than if your PSU can handle the 660's power draw
    Hope it's what you wanted
