ASUS Xonar DG

Just completed my first PC build, being used as an HTPC. Using the ASUS Xonar DG 5.1, we were able to get sound through my surround sound system while watching Netflix, but not Hulu or YouTube. Any ideas? Am I looking for a switch or a setting to change? Bear in mind, I'm a rookie at this, so talk slow.

Make sure that you make the graphics card your default audio source in playback devices (right click the sound icon an go to playback devices and select your sound card as the default audio source). Also make sure all drivers are installed, etc.
