I just need a quick answer, is this a good power supply for my rig in general? (I only need about 600 watts but I decided if I wanted to upgrade I wouldn't have to buy another Psu.)

I have a CM Storm Scout case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00243HHNY/ref=ox_sc_a...

Gigabyte Radeon 7870 Ghz edition (OC): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007PJVB3Y/ref=ox_sc_a...

(Original Psu I was gonna get: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004LB5AZY/ref=ox_sc_a... )

Amd Athlon x4 645 3.1 ghz: http://www.amazon.com/AMD-Athlon-645-3-10-Processor/dp/...

6 DDR3 RAM

If I left out anything of importance, sorry, just let me know.

The two I linked are also good. The earthwatts may not come with a power cord, but most folks have a spare laying around.

But is the one I got still good?

Yes & no need to upgrade(from the 650w) unless you are gonna add a 2nd GPU.
Your current rig should pull no more than 400w.
