Ibuypower computer is new and will not stay on?

Just got a new Ibuypower gaming system and when I turn it on, it stays on for 10 seconds and shuts back down? Their support line isn't open today or when I am not working? Please help!!!

Open the computer and check all the cables, make sure none of it is loose.

also have a camera or cell phone to take photos.most time it the heat sink or ram from shipping that pops out if it the heat sink it can damage everything inside the case if it a larger one like an evo 212. if things are damaged dont touched them..call the shipping company and put in a shipping claim for damage..also let your credit card and the company that shipped you the pc that the pc been damaged in shipping.
