hi i am building my first PC i play WoW, SWTOR, Skyrim and BF3 once i finish it, its between

Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120

AMD HDT45TWFGRBOX Phenom II X6 1045T Processor - Six Core, 6MB L3 Cache, 3MB L2 Cache, 2.70GHz, Socket AM3, 95W, Fan.

I don't know much about CPU's i appreciate any help thanks

Generally for gaming all of the current intels are kicking the current wave of AMDs. Exceptions are AMD fusion CPUs for cheaper notebooks w/o a discrete video card. You probably want an intel build. And if the i3 gets slow over time you can drop an i5 inthe same MB and get a large performance improvement. With AMD CPUs you'd be at teh top of the line overclocked just trying to match the i3.
