Dual intel E5-2620 build not showing virual cores

Hey guys, my new dual intel E5-2620 on a Tyan S7050A2NRF will not show all the cores in task manager, however it does show them in device manager. I should have a total of 24 threads showing in the task manager, right? The task manager only shows twelve. Each processor has six cores with hyperthreading, right? Is windows 7 being a dummy?

Win 7 Starter, Home Basic and Home Premium are limited to a single CPU socket.

Win 7 Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise support two cpu sockets.

Suggest you upgrade to a version of win7 that supports your dual socket MB correctly.
