i5-3570k
palit jetstream gtx 680 2gb
2x4gb 1333 ram
250gb hdd

If no, any reccomendations would be helpful. Thanks!

edit: no overclocks at the moment, will do so when cpu and gpu can't handle games and stuff at stock speeds.

You would be better off with something like this , 500 Watts is borderline for a 680.

It's a good power supply and would probably work but if you plan on overclocking I would not risk it. Here is a very good selection that would be better suited.

At $69 after rebate plus an additional 15% off the Seasonic made PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III is hard to beat. It's fully modular as well. 9+ recommended by jonnyguru.
