I think the 16 gigs of ram is a little unnecessary, but it certainly won't hurt. I can't say much for the water cooling (not something I've dabbled in), but the rest of your build looks good.

You could save a little money if you got a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo (around $34.99) CPU cooler instead of the Corsair H60 (~$60) and get very similar cooling performance.

16GB memory is a little excessive, 8GB is more than adequate.

Save some money on the above items and get a larger Display. The 19" display would look great on a laptop but you will appreciate the extra display area that you get with a 21.5" or larger display, especially if it supports 1080p (1920X1080) video. There are plenty available in the $120-$150 price range.

2. Cut down to a H77 board
3. 4GB RAM
4. 23-24" 1080p LCD
5. Nab a HD 7850
6. Seasonic M12II 520?
