Has anyone used Corsair 750TX PSU?

It's already been a day since I completed my build but I have never seen the 750 TX power supply's fan spinning. Why is it not spinning? Is it supposed to be not spinning at low temperature? But I really want to find out if it spins or not cuz i need to send my rebates soon. Every other parts are working great.

It has a fanless mode (fan won't spin) when at low temps. It even says on the newegg page.
