Will an AMD FX-6100 bottleneck a GTX 580?

Anyways, will an AMD FX-6100 bottleneck a Zotac GTX580

of course, i will be overclocking the CPU a considerable amount as I have ordered a Corsair H60 cooler for it.

    I'd guess it might bottleneck it just a little on stock, but if you're overclocking it will not
