Having trouble putting in graphics card

Hello, I recently bought a Radeon HD 6570 graphics card for my dell e521 in order to play Diablo 3, but when I tried to install the card, the metal piece at the end was preventing me from fully putting in the card to the correct slot. Is the Radeon 6570 really not compatible with my computer or am I just missing something. Below is a link to a picture of what my graphic card looks like and it's the metal piece on th e bottom left that keeps hitting the side of my computer and preventing me from fully putting it in.
