Strange Graphics problems

I haven't had any problems with my ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT until recently.

I tried to play Seven Souls Online and here is the video issues I get:

it happends to almost everything in the game.

So, today I tried to play Diablo 3 thinking it was an issue with SSO only and as soon as the game loads almost the whole screen turns grey and is impossible to play.

I updated my video drivers just to make sure that wasn't the problem.

I don't know what else to do to fix the problem.

Old card could be going bad. Has your case been cleaned of dust recently?

I know it's an old card and may be going bad but it plays most games I play just fine. I did clean out the case and the card also but didn't make any difference. I guess I will start to look for a new card.
