My ink cartridge for my computr keeps coming up not compatable what can i do?

Hello,we have recently moved to australia from the uk and we have brought our hp wireless printer with us, we have tried to replace the ink cartridge with the correct one but printer keeps telling us that it is incompatable, what can we do, many thanks.

You need to call up hp for ink regionalization reset, it is a pain in the butt.
