How to obtain a connection map for my Giga-Byte Mobo so that I can connect the SD Card readers and Earphone sockets.

Go through the User Manual from the WebSite or then the Booklet that accompanied the board.
There will be a Front Panel Audio header on the Mobo, you need to connect the FP Audio header from the case to that Header on the Mobo.
You Multi card reader or SD card reader most probably connects to the On board USB header on the mobo, also found from the manual.
