Performance of a Phenom 2 x4 B50?

I have a core unlocked Phenom 2 B50 @3.2 ghz with no L3 cache. I was looking to upgrade it and have been trying to comparison shop but unfortuantly I have been running into problems. Everywhere I look i find benchmark scores that are for beyond what my B50 achieves, here is an example:

It says the phenom 2 is ranked 81st with a physics score of 3800, but mine even when OC'd to the hugely unstable 3.8 ghz scores only about a 3650 putting it at around Phenom 2 x4 940. Whats going on and can I trust this ranking in terms of how the system will perform in games?
