DVD DRIVER FAILS TO READ DVD

CD DRIVE READ NO MORE DVD BUT ONLY CD. DRIVER IS UPDAED YET . UNISTALLED AND REINSTALLED BUT NO CHANGE STILL READS ONLY CD BUT NO DVD. MESSAGE CODE: 2000-0147.

Cd drives aren't supposed to read DVD's. You need to get a DVD or BluRay drive to read DVD's.

if you meant DVD drive and not cd drive then its time to buy a new dvd drive.

DVD burners are under $20 now so don't spend a lot of time diagnosing this.
