Hey, so I've been looking to build a gaming pc, nothing special just something that i can play new or new-ish games at a decent quality, at least preferably console quality so I'm not losing out in moving over. I've only got a tight budget of around £300 for the complete tower so I know this may be a struggle.
So far this is what I've managed to cobble together after reading through quite a few similar posts:

Intel i3-2120 = £90

H61 motherboard = £30 - £35

Radeon HD6750 = £55

2gb RAM = £10 - £15

HDD WD 160gb = £20

Sony DVD/rw = £15

CiT Vantage Case and PSU = £45

Total = around £275

I was just wondering whether this is the best I could be getting for my money or whether I could get something cheaper but just as good or slightly more expensive but better

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Ouch the PSU is a no no and if 350 quid is doable for UK off Ebuyer:

The above is fine for 1680 x 1050 gaming and for 1920 x 1080 turn down settings, etc depending on game

I could possibly stretch to £350. Would the specs you provided be enough to play games like Battlefield 3 or Skyrim at 1680 x 1050? Also is that a low price for the specs as like I said I'm new to building PCs and don't know what specs are good and needed and what are not as I've only got info from reading threads
