Will a AMD Phenom II X4 945 work in M2N68-LA (Narra6) motherboard

I was wondering whether AMD Phenom II X4 945 will work in M2N68-LA (Narra6) motherboard.

The RAM would have to be downclocked, so something like:

Would be better.

That processor is weird. There are 2 versions, and only one will work.

This WILL work. Your motherboard only supports up to 95w TDP, which that processor has. This, however, wouldn't work:

It has a 125W TDP. You can get any Deneb processor as long as it has a 95w TDP.

(Assuming your power supply can handle it)

Funny, I never realized that there was a 95W and a 125W version of this processor. I guess 95W should be better (less heat, easier to overclock?)
