Will i have enough space to install CM V6GT cpu cooler in my mobo?

Hello, I want to ask you something for my next high-end gaming build.

I want good air cpu cooler i choose the V6GT but i need to know if i will have enough space to install in in my MSI z77 MPower with normal profile RAM?

I`m going to use G.Skill Sniper 8GB in Dual Channel mode i think it is normal profile memory and need to know if it can fit in my mobo?

My case is CM Storm Trooper
