^ Is this a good deal?

I have managed to change components to meet my needs - i5 etc, and it comes out at £431.00 and then I can add an the reliable Samsung 830 SSD for around £80. The full spec to meet my needs is as follows:

CPU: i5 2500k Sandbridge 3.3 GHz (-£50)
RAM: Kingston 8GB 1333Mhz Lifetime Warranty
HDD: Seagate 500gb Sata III
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LX (+£45)
GPU: Asus HD6850 1GB
No wireless card (not needed -£10)
Cit Case and Eco Labs 700w PSU
No keyboard and mouse (not needed -£10)
No OS (-£80)

Only worrying thing is the PSU and to upgrade to a well known brand will cost £50. However, there is 3 years warranty, 1 years parts and labour and the company is local and recieved good feedback on Ebay.
