Is the MSI RADEON HD6770 1GB GDDR5 a good graphics card in your opinion? How much would you guys pay for it? Will it still be a good card for gaming in the next 2 years?
More about : good graphics card

It's just because I'm on a really tight budget and I'm not looking for an amazing graphics card.
Newegg don't deliver to the UK but the cheapest I can get it here is $135
I could get the 6770 for about $75 to $80
well, then take a look again with amazon.

but upcoming ati 7000 series decrease price of 6000 series u should think about but i recomend you to go 6850 and crossfire it beat in performance gtx 570I thought about crossfiring it but my motherboard doesn't support it, I'm not sure if my PSU would support it either - it's pretty cheap and in need of an upgrade.
Like I said I'm on a tight budget and I already have a main computer which I use primarily for gaming. I'm gathering parts just now for a new build, like a kind of side project because I've never built a computer before and I'd like to give it a go.
The parts I was thinking of getting are:
Novatech Prowler Midi Case V2
Novatech 500w modular PSU
Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P G41 Socket 775 motherboard
Intel Dual-Core E6600 3.06 GHz (It's kind of old I know but my good friend is selling it to me for £15 i.e. which is about $20
4Gb DDR3 RAM 1333Hz
And right now I'm thinking about which graphics card.

Those are theoretically bencmarks, and indeed 6850 is better than 550ti cause it has more clock speed. You're suggesing corsair gs600w it's just waste of money even 400w will do the job.
no man i suggesting him a good brand so that he will not bare any problem but gaming corsair 600 gs best till now date also check this http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/amd-rad...
if you think that higher wattage PSU brings a change in performance then it's entirely wrong, power supply only provide a power to different components suppose if you have a GTX 680 then you must have a 600w originally it requires 500w but 100w is for other components even when you intend to overclock your cpu + gpu then go higher in wattage.
Review the benchmarks at Anandtech, such as this one: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/538?vs=541 before allowing yourself to believe that the GTX550Ti is a superior performer. Depending on the game, it basically trades with the HD5770, for which the HD6770 is basically a rebrand + BluRay. I have seen other benchmarks, such as http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/diablo-iii-performa... in which the HD6770 is notably superior.
While I would not buy MSI motherboards, their graphics cards consistently get good reviews for both cooling and noise, as well as performance. Tom's, Anandtech, HardwareSecrets, HardOCP, and other sites have performed a lot of tests. Benchmark scores are more reliable than the rantings of fanbois.
If it's in your budget, the HD7770 or HD6850 would be stronger than either of those. Any of these cards will run on a quality PSU, including one as "little" as a 380W Antec Earthwatts.
Edit: Manufacturers often recommend larger PSUs than needed in the vain attempt to counter all the overrated, liar-labeled junk out there. A "500W" Logisys, Diablotek, or other chokemax brand that is probably really only good for 300W-350W may barely be sufficient, and will likely croak after a few months (or weeks) of heavy use; a quality PSU like a Seasonic, Antec, or Corsair will run 24/7 for years without complaint.
