Palit Daytona GF GTX 560 SE

So i found in one shop a VIDEO CARD PALIT GTX560 SE 1GB 192 BIT D5 for around 150$ USD.My question is : Do the 192bit makes the card slower or bcz is Smart Edirion,why is it so cheap? Is it worth?

No, the SE stands for "Sucky Edition" as it only has 288 cores compared to the 560 which has 336 and the 560Ti which has either 384 or 448 depending on which version you go for.
