Keyboard question/ advice

so i need to get a decent keyboard and mouse for my pc so i have settled on the left handed edition of the razer death adder and with that around 50 pounds well more like 45 but whatever i roughly have 60 to 90 pounds left what should i get and if within my budget a mechanical one with out all the bells and whistles ( pass throughs, back lighting etc)
