Advice for bulding my first computer.

Hi guys i'm planning to build my first computer and wondering if this components will work. hope you can help me with this if they are compatible and if its worth it for games. btw i'm not a heavy gamer and if the psu can supply the amount of power with this parts.

Here's the specs of what i'm building.

All compatible and should work fine.

1: PSU is way too big. Get a 600-650w instead.
2: Sabertooth is awesome, but get a cheaper motherboard instead.
3: Get 1600MHz RAM.
4: If you live near a Microcenter, these parts are really cheap over there.
5: These changes will allow you to get an i5-3570K w/o going over budget.

750watt is a nice size if you will go with the second HD7870 later.

sorry for the late reply and thanks for the fast reply. actually i wanted to go to amd because the intel is way more expensive compare to amd parts. i was in a tight budget and compared the amd and intel. amd is way cheaper so i turn to amd. is there any difference between 1600mhz and 1866mhz?

Nothing noticeable, slightly faster with the 1866.

thanks. i dont know if this is the right time to buy this parts maybe its because its black friday but i don't see any difference about the price. i kinda tightening my budget.
