Decided on my Wow rig then

Ok, so I'm pretty sold on this now for my Wow rig.

My question's are:

1. Is this an adequate Mobo - GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3V LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

2. Is this system going to be good enough for a - Dell UltraSharp U2412M Black IPS Panel 24" 8ms - 1920x1200

and I believe that I have enough in the PSU?

Definitely enough. It will work fine, and it will play WoW on ultra, no problem.
