New PC

I am building a new power-efficient pc for my dad with no more than 65 watt.
This is what I have so:
Intel Atom D525
Antec ISK 300-65
2GB Crucial Ram
Intel 330 SSD
I noticed that that case has usb 3 but that motherboard has usb 2.
Any suggestions?

It will work just fine. USB is backwards and forwards compatible.
