Will 400w Bronze Certified power Sapphire 6850 build?

Please let me know if a 400w bronze cert psu will power my build. The build is:

Cpu i3 2100
Sapphire 6850
Samsung spinpoint 1tb 7200rpm
G.skill 2x 4gb 1600
Samsung 22x Dvd drive
Stock fans and no water cooling
No over clocking

What power supply? An 80+ Bronze certification is only a measure of efficiency not quality. If it's a good power supply then it should be fine for the listed specs.

What brand is it and how many amps on the +12volt rail...it might be close but if its a good unit you will be ok
