Need help with running 2 monitors on a Win XP Pro desktop. The onboard chipset is an Intel. The video adaptor card is a 3DForce 4 MX440L. The bios is AMI v. 08.00.09. CPU is Pentium 4 @ 3.0 GHz. Ram is 4 GB. The bios settings apparently allow one or the other video to function but not both at same time. Yes, this is an old unit but will do the job if can solve the problem. Prefer not to buy adaptor with 2 video connectors but that may be last resort. I read that XP can support up to 10 monitors but I can't get it to support 2. Thanks for any help offered.

Seems like overkill to me when as I am not a gamer. I just want dual monitors for other uses. Don't need high power graphics card. Is there a cheaper alternative? Is there no bios adjustment to make the current setup work?
