Hello,
I keep losing internet connection. What shall I do?

Going to need a lot more information than that.

What service do you have, Cable, DSL?
What tier service do you have (what are the upload and download speeds of your package)
Is this only the connection on your desktop or do you also have wireless?
Do you have just a modem, or a modem and wireless router?
Is this a Windows based system, and if so which version?

And explain the problem in a bit more detail please.
