i had a stock cooler on my i5 2500k with same gtx 560 2gb and ended up going with the corsair hyro as i noticed a rise in my temps, now got 2 zotac 2gb in sli and i dont overclock temps are mid 30`s low 40`s. i ran a freezer 13 pro for a while and noticed the temps drop a bit if your deffo wanting to go with air cooling

Hope this helps

I don't have too much to add on your chosen config, but I'm not sure the Caviar Green is a good choice as primary drive due to the way it hits sleep mode so aggressively, and can have hiccups when waking from sleep mode quickly.

I very recently put together the following build for roughly the same budget, and I'm very pleased:

Intel Core i5 3570K
ASUS P8Z77-V LX Mobo
ASUS Radeon HD 7850 2GB
XFX Pro 750W PSU
Corsair Carbide 400R Tower
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SSD

I had a caviar green 1TB drive from a previous build that I recycled as a data drive in this one.
This is the quietest and coolest pc I've built without use of any specialty cooling solutions.
