i have a budget of £650 to build a desktop, i was hoping if you guys could give me your opinions on what i have so far, i don't need a monitor+keyboard+mouse. Do i need any other parts to make one, like a sound card etc?

Cooler Master Elite 310 £25
Asus Radeon HD 7850 DirectCU II Graphics Card 2GB £185
Intel Sandybridge i5-2500K £165
Western Digital WD1002FAEX Caviar Black 1 TB 7200 RPM Internal Hard Disk Drive £85
Sony AD-7261S-0B 24x Internal DVDRWRAM SATA Black Lightscribe £15
Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 CPU Cooler £20
Asus P8Z77-M Motherboard (Socket 1155, 32GB DDR3, Intel Z77 Express, uATX, USB 3.0, PCI Express 3.0, Dual Intelligent Processors 2, LudicLogix Virtu MVP) £85
Kingston 1600MHz DDR3 Non ECC CL9 8GB Kit (2x 4GB) HyperX BLU XMP DIMM Memory Module £40
CIT 450w Gold 12CM Silent Atx Power Supply £15

i might overclock it to 4ghz so i don't know if the psu would be enough?

running a game is dependant on the graphics card and cpu. with what you have it will do well @ 1920x1080.
the PSU will just be enough to overclock the i5-2500K.

doesn't matter; the cpu uses the motherboard memory and the gpu uses the memory on the card.

a 7850 is a higher mid range card. depending on the game some ultra but mostly high/med details to keep it around 45+ FPS.
