What processor should i upgrade to?

Hi, I run a server on currently a AMD athlon 64 3700+. from what I've seen it uses socket 939... now I'm having a real bad time finding and processors that i can upgrade to, hopefully i would like to find something at least dual core. anybody know of any good ones out there? it would be quite helpful

For a system that old, you'd probably be better off just replacing the motherboard along with it, and RAM if necessary. But to be able to answer your question, we'd need to know the motherboard. Different boards will support different ranges of CPUs. Some might support dual core CPUs, some might not, etc.

You really should upgrade your build, 939 has been discontinued for a loong time.
